Terms of Services
1. By registering with MyMention App you have agreed to be bound by these Term of Services.
2. You are granted license to download and use MyMention App but this is not a transfer of title or any intellectual property. You cannot transfer the app in whatever manner to any other person. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of MyMention App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application. The license automatically terminates if you infringe or violate any one of these restrictions.
3. MyMention App is a database based application and the effective usage of this application depends entirely on the correct entering and regular updating of data by the user. Any incorrect entering, updating of data or the failure to enter or update the data as required shall be at the user's own risk and detriment.
4. MyMention App is an app created as a mean merely to assist it users. It is provided on "as is" basis and therefore we make no warranty either expressed or implied that MyMention App will meet all your requirements at all time, uninterrupted, error free, fit for a particular purpose, or its accuracy or reliability. Due to the inherent risks that comes with applications such as MyMention, users are advised to have backup of all data elsewhere in different mediums.
5. By using MyMention App you further agree that we shall not be liable or responsible for any loss of data and/or financial lost in terms of profits or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary damages under any circumstances arising out of the use of MyMention App.
6. Monthly Subscription charges will be charged to the user iTunes Account once the user confirmed the purchase of the MyMention subscription. Any unused portion of the trial period if any shall be forfeited.
7. Once subscribed, MyMention is an auto renewal monthly subscription and the subscription shall continue until the auto renewal feature is turned off by the user at his own discretion at any time within 24 hours prior to the end of the current month of subscription.
Privacy Policy
1. When a user registers for MyMention App, we ask for the user email address. Your information is only used internally and won't be shared with others.
2. We only collect personal data that is required to provide our services, and we only store it insofar that it is necessary to deliver these services.
3. MyMention App uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run MyMention App. We will never share your personal data with a 3rd party without your prior authorization, and we will never sell data to 3rd parties.
